<DIV>Breathing is accomplished by the involuntary muscles of the body.  It is impossible for someone to hold their breath long enough to die.  If your body cannot do it for itself you need a machine to provide artificial support to sustain life.</DIV>

<DIV>Eating is a choice you voluntarily make for yourself.  This is not something the body can provide for itself.  Nutrition must always be provided, by some means separate from the body, to sustain life. Therefore, whenever nutrition is withheld it is murder!</DIV>

<DIV>When are the courts going to get it?  When are they going to quit running amok and start using common sense in conjunction with the laws?  It seems that our courts are the modern day Pharisees - obeying the letter of the law with no regard for the spirit of the law.</DIV>
