<P>What if you went to your local flower shop one day - but
when you got there, you found a newly-built government
building instead?</P>

at their home ... you find a casino built in its place.</P>

they were further solidified when the Supreme Court of the
United States ruled, in the case of <EM>Kelo v. New

property for the economic improvement of a community.

<P>This ruling destroys one of your most basic constitutional
freedoms ... your right to own private property! The

development rather than public use.</P>
