                  when you got there, you found a newly-built government

                  they were further solidified when the Supreme Court of the 
                  United States ruled, in the case of <EM>Kelo v. New 
                  London</EM>, that the <STRONG>government can seize private 
                  property for the economic improvement of a community.

                        building, or any church ... might be replaced with a 
                        retail store....''</P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></STRONG></P>
                  <P>This ruling destroys one of your most basic constitutional 
                  freedoms ... your right to own private property!  The 
                  ACLJ has no choice but to act - and we are.  <A
