anti-discrimination laws were passed. Are they really only applicable to

South Africa is moving ahead, and whether or not we'll permit religions to

tomorrow - a potential confrontation with the regional boss, who I have
come to realise is a sociopath - a chronic liar, manipulative, abuses staff,
apparent but unprovable corruption, and utterly charming. He fit the
diagnostic criteria well. I'm taking a position on something unrelated to
my work, therefore outside his area of authority, but something I am sure will
anger him immensely. (No, I don't label all bosses as sociopaths; I
studied under a dragon lady who was the lecturer most feared by the students -
all universities have one - and I have nothing but respect for her as a decent
human being, albeit perfectionistic and stern.) The potential backlash has
me already contemplating the legal avenues needed, and looking for potential
employment elsewhere. The potential employment elsewhere will be on the
cards even if nothing goes wrong, if his 5 year term gets extended for another 5
years at the end of this month.</FONT></DIV>

no. Ms F. Eminist takes the seminary to court. Judge L. Iberal
hears the case, and she decides that the seminary is discriminating and that
Ms F. Eminist must be accepted. Whatever appeals to higher courts are
made fail to change the verdict.</FONT></DIV>

F. Eminist's supporters register themselves as Catholics at their local parish
(to avoid being rejected because they're not Catholic, if they're not
nominally so already), wait a year or two (to make it clear they're
established Catholics) and then decide to apply to seminaries (again, Catholic
ones in communion with Pope Benedict XVI) to become priests?</FONT></DIV>
