color=#008080 size=6><FONT color=#008080 size=6>You see, Social Security benefits were not suitable for </FONT></FONT><FONT size=6>persons of their rare elevation in society</FONT><FONT color=#008080 size=6><FONT color=#008080 size=6>. They</B> felt they should have a</FONT></FONT><B><FONT size=6> special plan</B></FONT><FONT color=#008080 size=6><FONT color=#008080 size=6> for themselves.
