huge and rapidly growing sex ratio imbalances in Asian countries such as China

in the United States, and Congressman Trent Franks, R-Ariz., wants to stop it.

equally horrid. But - apart from adding to the general anti-abortion
legislation, which is a good thing - how on earth can something like this be
legislated?</FONT></DIV>
