<P><STRONG>Rev. Lou Sheldon of Traditional Values Coalition
says, "It is an outrage that one arrogant and rogue federal
judge can take it upon himself to overturn a centuries old
definition of marriage and family.</STRONG> He has
completely undermined the expressed will of the people at the
ballot box."</P>
<P><STRONG>Wendy Wright of Concerned Women for America says
Walker's decision strikes "at the heart of our representative
democracy."</STRONG> Brain Raum of the Alliance Defense
Fund says, "In America, we should respect and uphold the right
of a free people to make policy choices through the democratic

<P><STRONG>U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson ruled in favor of
Virginia in a suit challenging the constitutionality of
Obamacare.</STRONG> State Attorney General Ken
Cuccinelli says the federal government has no authority to
require that every person purchase health insurance.</P>
<P><STRONG>The Obama Administration tried to get the suit
thrown out, claiming the state had no right to sue the federal
government.</STRONG> Hudson sided with Virginia, noting
there has never been a federal court rule that has person must
purchase a product.</P>
<P><STRONG>Cuccinelli says the suit is not about health care
but rather "calling on the federal government to follow the
ultimate law of the land--the Constitution."</STRONG>
The next step is a hearing on October 18 when the Obama
Administration will seek a summary judgment in its

outnumber liberals in 49 of the 50 states.</STRONG> The
most conservative states are Wyoming, Mississippi, and Utah,

<P><STRONG>If congressional elections were held today,
Rasmussen Reports says the Republicans would win 46% to 38%,
while the Gallup Poll says the GOP would win 48% to
43%.</STRONG> The average of six different national
polls has Republicans at 46.5% and the Democrats at 40.5%.</P>
<P><STRONG>President Obama's approval rating is 46% in both
Rasmussen and Gallup polls.</STRONG> Rasmussen found
only 27% of voters strongly back Obama, while 42% strongly
disapprove of his job performance.</P>
<P><STRONG>In Florida's Senate race, the collapse of both
Democratic candidates has benefited independent Charlie
Crist.</STRONG> Five of six polls show Crist beating
Republican Marco Rubio.</P>
<P><STRONG>Richard Viguerie, Chairman of ConservativeHQ.com
will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Western
Conservative Political Action
