<DIV><FONT size=3>I'm writing from Nacogdoches, Texas, where I've been since last Thursday, when I received word that my father, Arthur Kelly, Sr., was in the hospital and not expected to live.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=3>He died earlier this evening at age 90.  Please pray for the repose of his soul.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=3>The arangements have not been set yet, but the funeral will be at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Houston, where our family was a founding member.</FONT></DIV>
