<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;">I've heard Revelation 12:4 used to identify the percent of angels who followed Lucifer into rebellion against God, i.e. one third.  But I've never heard it used in connection with the percentage of persons who make it to Heaven.<BR><BR>
