    The poll says that she (and the other candidates) were chosen
    because they were *influential*.  While Cecile was arguably an evil
    influence, she was still very influential.  There really needs to be
    another dimension to the poll - whether the influence was morally
    good or morally evil.  They could have two persons on the year: most
    influence for good, and most influence for evil - "christ" and
    "antichrist".  I'm not sure the magazine editors concept of "good"
    and "evil" aligns very well with their readership, so that is
    probably why they don't do this.<br>

    P.S.  I don't have time to read far left rags like Time.  When I do
    glance at an issue, the blatant deception on every page just makes
    me angry.<br>
