Unfortunately, many Americans want to watch funny kitty videos and keep their heads in the sand, expecting someone else to fight their battles while they go about proclaiming peace. They have the same warped sense of peace that the president has, that it is somehow simply the absence of war. I think that is also the Muslims' definition of peace. They want peace, as soon as you give up yours, along with your liberties, freedoms, faith, and if necessary, your head. The Bush administration understood this and got their political heads handed to them on a platter by liberals in their own country, saving the enemy the trouble... One could argue over the approach they
took, but at least they understood the threat of a sworn enemy, while this president goes around as an apologist for them.<br>

I recently had a discussion with a co-worker about this subject and he challenged me on where I got my facts. He had none of his own to dispute mine, so instead wanted to label everything, including me, as kooks and fringe extremists. I found these interesting websites to give my claims some credibility. Those who worry about the future understand history - knowing that even the sacred ground on which our Lord Jesus Christ walked is no guarantee of its preservation if the inhabitants don't fight for it, especially in the spiritual realm through prayers and intercessions. <div dir="ltr">I have really slowed down sending emails because I realize many of you don't agree with what I forward and I am trying to be more sensitive to that fact. However, when something is sent to me with which I am in total agreement and is FACT and, as a Christian Catholic and an American scares the dickens out of me, I have to share it. At this point in history when these truths about the Islamic faith is made evident by the headlines in the papers, and is on the broadcast news every day,how can anyone not be concerned? Ignoring these facts does not make them any less evident or true. Those of us with children and grandchildren have to be concerned for their future. Many of us are in the waning years of our lives and may not see the full effects of how Islam will change the American culture, but unless we wake up, the next generations will.
