When I was in college I would scrape together a few dollars and mail them to Amnesty International along with letters to political dissidents in faraway jails. Now the group that earned its reputation as a fearless defender of civil and political rights promotes abortion as a human right and does so on spurious legal grounds. Rebecca Oas reports.<br>
