I can be at Church or at Carlos' house at 45 minutes after the hour.  The earliest I want to get up makes 10:45 the earliest.  It might be fun for me to be at Carlos' at 10:45, then go with him on bikes to Truro.  We can easily be at Truro at 11:30 with plenty of time to get ready and scout routes.<br>

This can be any hour, but if it is evening, I need to leave by 7pm so I don't have to take the bus again.  So 4:45 would be the latest.<br>
