I came here because I was invited to come and do a seminar for the people of Horred that say that they love Israel.<span> </span>I don’t know much yet, but by the end of this week-end they will know more and I will know more about th
ese Horred people.<span> </span>They put me up in an old shack on a rocky hill and after being with people 24/7 for six weeks it is nice to be in an old dilapidated shack alone!</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">For some people what is called the great commission is only a verse in the Bible!<span> </span>For me it has been a life style.<span> </span>I don’t go anywhere if I am not invited and the cost of my ticket is secured.<span> </span>In the last 25 years and more I have literally gone around the world several times over and preached the Good News of Yeshua.<span> </span>My objectives have always been at least two – make disciples for Yeshua and citizens for the Kingdom of God, and raise money for the Lord’s Word in Israel in order to bring the Yeshua to the Jewish people.<span> </span>In no way do I write you these things to boast of myself or of what I do.<span> </span>I am writing you these things to share with you who pray for me and for Israel’s salvation that a part of Israel’s salvation is connected with the nations hearing the Good News and opening their hearts to the God of Israel and to the Messiah son of Abraham and son of David, as Matthew says in his opening verse.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The ten days in Finland were wonderful.<span> </span>I did teach almost every day and many days more than one session, but the brothers and sisters there are a community and the seminar in Karmel Koti – has become a yearly affair with many of the same people gathering from all around Finland to hear Good News from Israel.<span> </span>The people who gather there are already a real community that in fact is keeping in touch year round and the young people have their summer camp together and are gr
owing into a fine bunch of young adults.<span> </span>All my hosts in Finland have been wonderfully gracious and kind to me.<span> </span>They support in prayer and intercession is a power-house for our ministry in Israel.<span> </span>They treat me so well and one of our hosts today in the morning said that they are doing this for me as if I was the Lord Himself.<span> </span>This made me thing and it made me not feel so good about myself.<span> </span>In fact I started to feel guilty and contemplate on what I did right and what I did wrong and where I spoke too much and where I spoke too little.<span> </span>I was thinking of a meeting that Derek Prince called together in Jerusalem just a short time before he passed away and crossed the proverbial river on to the other side.<span> </span>Derek Prince gathered several of the leaders in Jerusalem and started to cry – he said that he felt that so much of his ministry was wasted because he went about different denominational churches teaching them about speaking in tongues and never actually told them about God’s plan of salvation.<span> </span>He cried and said that he felt that his ministry was a waste because he did not share the most important message of God’s Word – SALVATION.<span> </span>I feel so loved and so appreciated by many people around the world, but at the same time I feel so incompetent and helplessly weak in front of the task that stands before me.</font></font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">We must bring the Good News to the Jewish people!<span> </span>We must restore the church and the glory of God in Israel.<span> </span>These are very big orders for any man, ministry, or nation.<span> </span>Please pray for me and for all those who work in Netivyah.<span> </span>We are all in need of God’s wisdom and protection.<span> </span>We are all in need of God’s healing and provision.<span> </span>We ar
e all in need of God’s joy in our lives so that we can shine outward and people can see God’s light.<span> </span>I am sure that if you are a servant of the Lord in any capacity you too feel the same way and you too share this feeling of incompetence on the one hand and the power of God flowing through you and your teaching on the other hand.<span> </span>You pray for me and my family<span> </span>and for Netivyah and the salvation of Israel and let me know how to pray for you and your service in God’s Kingdom.</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Marcia will be traveling home to Israel from California next week.<span> </span>Please keep her in prayer.<span> </span>She will be traveling alone and it is a long flight and not easy for a healthy person, for Marcia it is doubly hard.<span> </span>Danah’s court hearing was put off again until August 2007.<span> </span>What can I say!<span> </span>Please keep praying for Danah and for Noaam.<span> </span>I know that God has a solution and that God wants the best for Danah and Noaam.<span> </span>I don’t know how God is going to accomplish His will in this case, but I have full confidence that in the end only good is going to come out of all these lawyer games and tactics that people play.<span> </span>Pray for God to have His way in Danah’s life just as you ought to pray for God to have His way in your own life’s challenges.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">It seems to me that laws that don’t take into account right from wrong, and just from unjust, and good from bad, and faithful from adulterous, can not be good laws or godly laws.<span> </span>We can’t change the laws of the state, but we can pray to God for mercy and loving-kin
dness for the nation that has such laws as this.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">There is a flare up of family problems among so many young couples of believers in Israel.<span> </span>Please pray for the young families among the so called “messianic Jews” in Israel.<span> </span>The so called “Messianic Jewish Community” in Israel and in fact everywhere is a community of detached people.<span> </span>It is a community of people who have not grown together and have their families scattered all around the world or at least all around the country.<span> </span>The children don’t have close contact with their grand-parents and uncles and close family relations.<span> </span>The families are fragmented!<span> </span>There are too many cross cultural marriages.<span> </span>Many come from families who have immigrated to or from somewhere and that shortens their roots in some way. <span> </span>All these things are obstacles in marriage and this is one reason why in Israel young couples often have either a very rich relationship in marriage or a very poor relationship in the family.<span> </span>Please pray for these solutions: 1) the congregations to be a replacement of the close family by being a family.<span> </span>2)<span> </span>The people who have problems in their marriages not to wait until it is too late before they ask for help.<span> </span>3)<span> </span>Take good counseling and guidance from professional or semi-professionals who are available in the Body of the Messiah in Israel and stick to this therapy in the relationship.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Next week is a very important week for Netivyah in regard to our projects.<span> </span>We have t
o overcome several obstacles and stand before some challenges.<span> </span>Please pray for Yuda and Hannah – as they stand up and make them heard and counted before those who make decisions of magistrates. Enough said for now!<span> </span>Just pray for us all!</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Please keep praying for H and P in Finland.<span> </span>P is a dear brother who is like Zacchaeus in so many good ways, and he needs healing from God and strength from God.<span> </span>His wife H is one of the finest of the fine sisters in Finland and a power house for God and His Kingdom in that nation.<span> </span>I want you also pray for Dorothea. Dorothea is a single mom with cancer and with a daughter that is in her early teens who also has cancer.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">We have the list of chronically ill brothers and sisters that we bring every week to your attention and ask you to mention them in your prayers: Ruby, Sarit, and Sara, and Liora, and Zvi, and Marcia, and Ahuva, and the Marianenko family.<span> </span>Please remember that none of us knows God’s time table for healing these dear brothers and sisters from their suffering and weakness.<span> </span>We show our faithfulness to God and to these brothers and sisters by keeping the prayers going up to heaven and waiting upon the Good Lord’s grace to be poured out on His children.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">God be with you and bless you in ways that will overflow and bless others too.</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">We appreciate you and thank G
