/font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Lev. 19:15.<span> </span><em>“You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.”</em></font></font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Deut. 1:16. <em><span> </span>“Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying, `Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger who is with him.”</em></font></font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Deut. 16:18. <em><span> </span>“You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment.”</em></font></font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Deut. 16:20, <em>“You shall follow what is altogether just, that you may live and inherit the land which the LORD your God is giving you.”</em> </font></font></span><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Deut. 25:1, <em>“If there is a dispute between men, and they come to court, that the judges may judge them, and they justify the righteous and condemn the wicked.” </em></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Especially important in our context is Deuteronomy 16:20 as it is translated by the New American Standard Bible: <em>“Justice, and only justice, you shall pursue, that you may live and possess the land which the LORD your God is giving you.”</em> <span> </span>I would like for you to note that the issue of justice is also an issue of our right to live in the land that God has given us.<span> </span><span> </span>The Torah and the Proph
ets of Israel are directly commanding us to have judges who are just and who would justify the righteous and condemn the wicked.<span> </span>The values of justice and righteousness are essential characteristics of God Himself and that is why a community is ordered to have judges that will judge justly and do justice.<span> </span>A community or a system that does not respect the standards of justice and truth and condemnation for the wicked and deceitful will not last long and will not prosper.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">We had a legal hearing by the Regional Council concerning the building permit that we have been requesting for some years.<span> </span>It was an interesting meeting.<span> </span>The Orthodox brought about 35 people with them, there were women and children, famous Rabbis, and a few Orthodox Jews from the neighborhood.<span> </span>Each one of these fine people spoke strongly and painted the Jewish Disciples of Yeshua as monsters and soul snatchers.<span> </span>We were painted as spiritual terrorists because we want to grow and increase our ministry by enlarging our building and making it more efficient and more beautiful.<span> </span>The hearing lasted more than three hours.<span> </span>The Committee Members were wonderful and heard every one with great patients and a kind attitude.<span> </span>We were so impressed with the work of the Committee and we hope that these good men and women will actually look far beyond the issue of Netivyah and see that our civil rights and democratic process is in a way a micro-cosmos of the rights of all Jews in every country and in fact our God given right to live in this land.<span> </span></font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="
margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Please pray for Israel to live up to the standards of the Torah and to the Word of God so that we can live in this land prosper and see God’s peace reign over us.<span> </span>We have full trust in the legal system and court houses of the State of Israel.<span> </span>We know that in the end we shall see victory and improve our building.<span> </span>It might take going to the top authorities of justice system of the State of Israel, but we know that there is a righteous judge who is looking over us.<span> </span>False accusations and gross exaggerations of who we are and what we are doing can not stop the truth or stop us from seeking what is just and good for Israel and for the Jewish people world wide.<span> </span>Your prayers and your support will be greatly appreciated at this time.</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Marcia is back home, Praise the Lord!<span> </span>She arrived this morning and immediately we have a wedding to go to this evening, and in the morning we helped a family from the United States to do a Bar-Mitzvah for their son.<span> </span>It was so hot outside by the Western Wall (Wailing Wall) that the boy just about fainted and got so emotional and tired that he could barely finish the reading from the Torah and in fact could not pick up the Torah for the end of the service.<span> </span>Our lives are busy, busy, busy, but we know that we are doing only good for Israel and for the Kingdom of God.<span> </span>The Orthodox Jewish Organizations think that we are here to damage and destroy Jewish Souls by making them none Jewish and converting them to Christianity.<span> </span>They don’t understand that we are
not interested in all the Christianity that was made in Europe or the United States.<span> </span>They don’t understand that we are not interested in being Protestant or Pentecostal in any way.<span> </span>We are interested in bringing the Glory of Israel back home to the land of our forefathers and to the hearts of Israel.<span> </span>We are not in competition with the Synagogue or with Judaism.<span> </span>We want to restore the faith and life of Israel that existed here in the city of Jerusalem before the Temple was destroyed – when Yeshua and His disciples walked the streets of this city.<span> </span>A major mistake was made in the first century by the unrighteous leaders of the royal house of Herod the Great who handed Yeshua to the Romans – we want to fix this unrighteousness and restore the dignity and honor and rightful place of Yeshua the King of the Jews into the heart of Israel.<span> </span>Please keep us in your prayers and bless the legal system and court houses of Israel.</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">WE are going to have a very busy summer.<span> </span>We have weddings, Bar-Mizvahs, seminars, guests, and all the normal activities of Netivyah and our congregation.<span> </span>WE will need your prayer for the success and blessing on all our work. </font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">We have to keep praying for our sick and elderly.<span> </span>Please pray for Ahuva, Lea, Liora, Sarit, Sare, Zvi, and the younger Zvi who has a hard case of Asthma, and also keep praying for Marcia.</font></font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> 
;</font></span> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt" class="MsoNormal"><span><font size="3"></font></span></p><span><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Danah’s court hearing that was scheduled for June 18<sup>th</sup> has again been pushed to another date and now it is scheduled in August.<span> </span>It is impossible to have a legal system of justice that has such a thing as “no fault” divorce and “no fault” justice.<span> </span>In every case there is a party that is guiltier more sinful and more abusive than the other – there is a case of the righteous and the unrighteous. Justice system in the whole Western World is based on the Ten Commandments that God gave Israel on Mt.
