I am suppose to be an example of keeping everybody up to date, but I have failed badly in this. This is a new leaf!!!!<br><br>This morning I look out of the study window at a show capped Mt. Lyon. Even the mountain on the other side of Lyon's Valley Rd has snow on it. We had ice on the bird watering dishes. The oranges are fine however. All I can think of is that God must be having fun with the global warming folks. This is the most snow we have seen since moving to California.<br><br>The rain has been wonderful. Both Loose Creek and Holenbeck River are running full blast. I even took some sound movies of the rushing streams with my camera to remind me of this when it gets dry again! <br><br>The mountains and burned areas are all turning green again. You can still see black but there is life coming back. Tomaz and I have got the walls and roof framing done on the new tool shed to replace the burned one. We just have to put the corrugated steel roof on and do some trim work as well as doing some cement work around the base. Needless to say the weeks are really enjoying all the rain and will be hefty this summer.<br><br>Because of a number of reasons, Anne and I will be joining Jamul Community Church. You all might be praying for Casa de Ora Baptist church as they are going through some very deep trouble at this time.<br><br>The doctor has 'discharged' Anne and although the hole in her chin is still there it is much smaller. Also the wound from removing the screw is getting better.<br><br>I am attaching a photo taken last month by my son Jim at his home when my sister Cathy and husband Dave were visiting.
