Write them down! Bind them on your head! Tell your children!
I ran into this today and I think you should know about it, so you too, can be reminded of God at work.

Today after work, I stopped by the house of some dear older friends. Both are well over 70, but Farrell has had to keep working because the union he worked for all his life announced, when he went to collect his pension, that they had misplaced one of his payment documents from 20 yrs ago and that made him ineligible to collect anything. Anyway, I always am a little concerned for them.
Today Dottie couldn't wait to tell me and show me what had happened:
Monday, Dottie was ready to go out as usual on a short shopping trip. Farrell was in the garage working with a very loud sander. She asked him as usual, if he would like to go with her to get one of his favorite ice-creams. It was 11:30 and past time for Farrell to take a break and rest, something he's been pretty good about following through on (he has a heart condition and a pace-maker). The project he was working on did not have a completion time he needed to finish for. And yet, Farrell turned down the break and his favorite ice-cream and said he needed to stay and work. But when Dottie started to head out on her own, Farrell instead, suddenly wanted her to go with him down to the back property to see some work he had done with the tractor. Dottie had already seen the work with him, but she too, suddenly changed her plans, agreed to hop on the cart, and both went down to the back of the property to see it all again.
On their way back up to the house, they were in just the right position between the hills to hear a loud bang. coming up to the house from the back, they were in just the right position to see flames begin to shoot up from the rear of the house. Racing up to the house, they were just in time to turn off the electricity, and put out the fire. Dottie showed me the blackened hole in the wood paneling over the washer dryer area and how the smoke trail in that short amount of time, had blackened a trace all the way to the exposed wood porch roof attached to the wood-framed house. A recently replaced hose from the washing machine which lives under the porch out back, had begun to leak, sprayed water onto the dryer, which sparked (as in fried a hole all the way through the dryer drum! ), ignited the cloth that was always keeping the machines from collecting dust when not in use, and ignited the wall behind from there.
If both had gone out as expected, there would have been no house left
If Dottie had gone and left Farrell working, he would have heard nothing (he's 3/4 deaf and the sander was loud), and seen nothing till the house was mostly gone.
5 more minutes and there would have been no stopping the flames.
There is no question but that this was God arranging for these dear people to be in exactly the right place at exactly the right time because He cares about their need for shelter.
