[Apologetics] From Bret - New Member of the Apologetics Group

Hi everyone,

My friend up in Chelsea, Michigan, Rob Osborn, has requested to join our apologetics group.  I have just added him via bmsi.com per a March 2004 email I received on the listserve's "housekeeping."  I gave him a password that he can change as he likes once he gets the confirmation that he is on the list, etc.

I met Rob back on Dave Armstrong's old list in the fall of 1997.  Rob and I have become very good friends, yet we have yet to meet face-to-face.  Rob has recently been able to find a superb parish with a top-flight, right-on priest (think of a younger Polish Fr. O'Brien and you'll get the idea).  In fact, Rob's witness as my friend for all these years was one factor in my crossing of the Tiber.

Rob, you should be getting something from apologetics at gathman.org or similar address - I signed you on with a temporary password that you should be able to change once you get the email with particulars.  Stuart Gathman keeps the list serve going and administers it, so if there are any problems, you can send an email to Apologetics-request at gathman.org.
