It depends on which meaning of "justification" YOU have in mind
when you ask the question. Assuming you have the Catholic
meaning in mind (making just), then no, of course it is not
a one-time deal. And if you ask the question of any Protestant
without using the word "justification" (for which they have learned
the meaning "just-as-if-i'd never sinned"), you'll get the same
answer. For instance, you could ask, "Is being made righteous - made
into the image of Christ - a one-time deal? Does God zap us and
make us perfect?" I don't think you'll get many "yes" answers.
