Ok, it has now been determined that *none* of the known authentic memos
from the alleged author of the "Bush memos" or from his division use
proportional spacing or superscript TH. All of the known authentic memos
use a standard fixed pitch typewriter font. This clinches it for me.
The memos were clearly faked.
And a rather amateurish job of faking to boot. One theory going around
the blogosphere is that Karl Rove actually wrote the memos and leaked them
to CBS to embarrass the Dems. The Dems like to blame everything on Karl
Rove because they are convinced that Bush is dumb.
