Don't buy a XM radio just yet ... BUT ...

You are receiving this e-mail because you signed a petition asking XM to carry Catholic radio. That was a long time ago! Well we have been talking with XM and ...

While XM has not committed to full time carriage of Catholic Radio, they have decided to run "Special Catholic Programming" on channel 200. THIS IS TEMPORARY.

I have been talking to XM for the past 2 years. They have been very generous and seem to be well disposed to Ave Maria. BUT they still have not been able make the decision.

At this incredible time in the Church (the passing of our Holy Father) it is good news that XM is reaching out to their current subscriber base in this way. An estimated 900,000 subscribers to XM are Catholic.

On XM channel 200 they are currently carrying a mix of Ave Maria Radio, EWTN and Vatican Radio. 

What can you do right now to help XM make a permanent decision?

CLICK on the link below and tell XM that you would be interested in purchasing an XM Radio if they had a FULL TIME CATHOLIC channel. Congratulate them on their current efforts and encourage them to commit a full time channel to Ave Maria Radio. THIS LINK GOES RIGHT TO XM !!!

Pass this message along to EVERYONE you know who wishes they had Catholic Radio in their home town. 

I delivered your messages to XM in fall of 2003 and they were impressed with the nearly 7,000 notes and signatures.

It is time to let them know we are STILL WAITING. Let's start a grass fire that XM can not ignore.
