I followed the link and looked around at the website. 
This Lutheran Church is in--where else?--San
Francisco.

It is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of
America (ELCA). I knew it couldn't possibly be in the
Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).
