True enough, but Florida law today allows it when the victim is
determined to be PVS.  Since in Terri's case, that condition is not
met (the courts insistance notwithstanding), Terri's murder is not legal.

This is the same situation as abortion.  Yes, *no* abortion should
be legal.  However, this should not stop you from working to ban
partial birth abortion.  Or working to pass state laws restricting
abortion for a fetus that is viable outside the womb.
