I had already listened to the recording and I agree with you.  If I were to listen to just the recording without having any other evidence then I would think they were simply involuntary moans.  However, one MUST put this recording in context.  This is a brain-damaged person who has been denied any sort of therapy for many years.  She is probably doing the best she can under the circumstances.  I don't think this recording helped the the Schindler's case.  It might have hurt.  Be that as it may I think we are all "preaching to the choir" and simply verbalizing our frustration with the situation.
 
If nothing else I think this whole situation highlights a grave deficiancy in our legal system.  It also brings the proponants of the culture of death into the open, where they can no longer hide.

It seems that Terri's father managed to have one on his person for his visit
on Friday, after her tube was disconnected. Honestly, I can see why
