Next up: a new bill to allow lethal medical experiments on death row prisoners.
"The bill is tightly drawn," says sponsor Mike Castle, "it only affects
death row inmates who have exhausted all their appeals, and whose legal
heirs have signed a consent form.  They are going to be executed anyway, and
people with serious illnesses may be greatly helped by the research."
