This is a wonderful website.  The friend that pointed me to it made a CD with this weeks prayers so I can listen to one each day (I don't have an MP3 player yet). You can either download it to your MP3 player or just play it on your computer.
   
  It takes about 10 minutes.  Also, try the breathing exercises and "at-the-end-of-the-day review".
