[Apologetics] Healthcare Benefits for Immigrants With Violations

I saw this on my latest Medscape updates ... I can't access the poll at present, for some unknown reason, so I don't know if it's still open, or what the results are.  The audience being polled consists mainly of medical people.  I thought such a policy would be highly unethical.
