Hi
I saw this on my latest Medscape updates ... I can't access the poll at present, for some unknown reason, so I don't know if it's still open, or what the results are. The audience being polled consists mainly of medical people. I thought such a policy would be highly unethical.
God bless,
Stephen
--INSTANT POLL--
Healthcare Benefits for Immigrants With Violations
According to the March 3 edition of The New York Times, last year, 20
states proposed about 80 bills that would cut noncitizens' access to
healthcare or other services or would compel benefit agencies to report
applicants with immigration violations. Do you approve or disapprove of
this type of immigration policy? To vote or view results of the poll,
click on the title above.
