Elizabeth,

This is even WORSE than reported.

According to the website Operation Vote Smart at
http://www.vote-smart.org/issue_rating_category.php?can_id=H0222103&type=category&category=Abortion%20Issues

1995-2004 On the votes that the National Family
Planning & Reproductive Health Assocation considered
to be the most important in 1995-2004, Representative
Pelosi voted their preferred position 100 percent of
the time.

1995-2003 Representative Pelosi supported the
interests of the Planned Parenthood (House) 100
percent in 1995-2003.

This is VERY depressing.

The only thing that I think of is tha Bishop Wuerl
intends to handle this matter quietly behind the
scenes. Perhaps he intends to have a talk with her,
rather than going public with it.

He may very well tell her that he will make public
statements on this matter if she continues to call
herself a Catholic while voting 100% pro-abortion.

But perhaps he is going to give her a chance to mend
her ways. We will see.
