Pro-Gay Positions Affirmed

Delegates representing Episcopal churches in the San
Francisco Bay area have approved three sets of prayers
that clergy can use to bless same-sex couples, despite
a pledge by the denomination's bishops not to
authorize special rites for gay unions.
