Brownback lost me when he went soft on the illegal alien invasion a year or so ago.  Art, you are right, better NOTHING was passed than passing something worth NOTHING.  The current Congress is the sorriest one I can remember in years.  A wet noodle is more useful that the current crop of bozos on Capitol Hill.
