"Go to sleep earlier so that you can grow and be cleverer." - South African minister of minerals and energy, in response to our electricity crisis, which threatens our economy and may well make the 2010 soccer world cup a joke.  The water crisis will possibly do the same.

Rape is high because there is not enough access to women.  Legalising prostitution will help reduce this lack of access to women and thereby reduce rape.  At least according to someone in our parliament.
