Here you have Barack Obama stating that the first thing he would do as President is sign the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA).
 
FOCA would wipe out 35 years of laws restricting and regulating the practice of abortion, including the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act and the
Born Alive Infant Protection Act.
