[Apologetics] Condom distribution at church - UCC likes the idea

Nice poem.
Over and above the math, why would a church want to appear to condone promiscuity?
One of the things that I feel strongly about is parents teaching children about not giving in to peer pressure. One of the weapons against peer pressure is self-esteem combined with good morals. How can a church claim to encourage morality from the pulpit and have someone standing at the door handing out condoms as people leave?
Dianne
Like a deer that longs for running waters so my soul longs for you, O God.
