What's Happening with Conservatives and the GOP:


	An online poll demonstrates how totally out of touch GOP House
Minority Leader John Boehner is with the conservative base of his party.
He says President Obama is not a socialist; 95% of the conservatives
disagree with him.  Sarah Palin "remains the hottest brand name in
politics."  That's the finding of Politico.com after interviewing almost
50 prominent GOP officials and politicians, from Nevada to Maine.

What's Happening with Seniors Benefits:


	The results of the President's news blitz?  Public support for
Obamacare reaches a new low.  Seniors are the most adamant in their
opposition.  Only 33% back the plan (only 16% strongly so), while 59%
oppose Obamacare (46% strongly so).  Voters see Congress as the problem,
not the solution.  By a 2-to-1 margin, they believe that "no matter how
bad things are, Congress can always make matters worse."

What's Happening with Christian Values:


	Senate Democrats vote down two pro-life amendments to the
Obamacare bill.  That leaves in place extreme pro-abortion provisions in
the legislation.  And the House version also explicitly provides for
government subsidies for abortions.  The Obama Administration has banned
religious ornaments on the Capitol Christmas tree.  You are allowed to
celebrate the Grand Canyon on ornaments, but not Christ's birthday.
