The latest poll has independent Charlie Crist with 38%, Republican Marco
Rubio at 34%, Democrat Kendrick Meek with only 17%, and 11% undecided.
Previous poll had Rubio 37%, Crist 30%, Meek 22%, and 11% undecided.

It appears many liberals are backing Crist as a way of stopping Rubio.
But Meek is the least known candidate and will likely pick up support in
the coming months.

Rubio may have hurt himself by opposing the new Arizona law that gets
tough on illegal aliens.  62% of Florida voters support such a law for
their state.

Benefits:

Latest poll shows 54% of Americans want to repeal Obamacare, but this is
a 4% decline in support for repeal since last week.  39% want to keep
the new law and 7% are undecided.

Numerous bills have been introduced in the House and Senate to
completely repeal Obamacare, repeal parts of it, and repeal it and
replace it with alternatives.  Rep. Michele Bachman is the sponsor of HR
4903, which has 54 cosponsors.

21 Senators have signed on to legislation to repeal Obamacare.  78 House
members are cosponsoring one or more of five bills to repeal the new
law.

The Supreme Court let stand a lower court ruling that it was
unconstitutional for San Diego to lease city-owned parkland to the Boy
Scouts "because the group is a religious organization."  The Scouts say
they only believe that members should "do duty to God" to become
productive citizens.




Despite a ruling from U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb that the
National Day of Prayer was unconstitutional, President Obama issued a
proclamation to give "thanks for the many blessings God has bestowed
upon our Nation."  The Gallup Poll found only 5% of Americans are
opposed to the National Day of Prayer.




A Christian minister in England was jailed for telling someone in a
conversation that homosexual conduct was a sin.  "Christian campaigners
have expressed alarm that the Public Order Act...is being used to curb
religious free speech," the London Daily Telegraph reported.
