ConservativeHQ.com's Richard Viguerie says the landslide victory of Rand
Paul in Kentucky represents a major vote of "no confidence" in Senate
Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who strongly backed Trey Grayson.  "If
we had a parliamentary system of government, McConnell would be expected
to resign," Viguerie said.

In the Florida Senate race, the latest poll shows Republican Marco Rubio
has re-gained the lead over independent Charlie Crist and Democrat
Kendrick Meek.  Rubio 39%, Crist 31%, Meek 18%, Undecided 12%.

214,000 small non-profit organizations almost lost their tax-exempt
status for failure to file a new form with the IRS.  It can be even
trickier for grassroots organizations that work to influence
governmental polices, so Mark Fitzgibbons has recorded a DVD training
session on how to comply with registration and reporting requirements.

Despite the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, the Obama
Administration's National Park Service (NPS) is still refusing to allow
a cross to be restored to the Mojave Desert Veterans Memorial. "The Park
Service doesn't allow memorials to be put up on Park lands," said NPS
spokeswoman Linda Slater.

Confirmation hearings on President Obama's Supreme Court nominee, Elena
Kagan, have been scheduled to begin on June 28. Senator Jeff Sessions,
the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said, "We'll
discuss judicial activism and faithfulness to the Constitution. I expect
it to be a vigorous and important hearing."

Benefits:

Doctors are opting out of Medicare at an alarming rate.  In Texas, 62%
of primary care doctors no longer take new Medicare patients and 40% of
doctors are considering ending all involvement with the program.

Conservatives senators have vowed to fight the confirmation of Dr.
Donald Berwick, President Obama's nominee to head up the Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Berwick is a strong admirer of the
British National Healthcare System, which features rationing and
euthanasia.

Senators Pat Roberts (KS) has tied Berwick's nomination to Obamacare.
"Dr. Berwick is the perfect nominee for a president whose aim is to save
money by rationing health care," said Roberts.

Copies are available online of the lawsuits that have been filed by the
states against Obamacare.  Florida and 20 other states, along with the
National Federation of Independent Businesses, have filed a case that
some legal scholars believe will invalidate the new health care law.
Virginia has also filed its own separate suit, which attacks the
requirement for everyone to buy health insurance.

The latest poll shows 56% of all Americans--including 63% of
seniors--want to repeal Obamacare.  39% want to keep it and 5% are
undecided.
