Benefits:

The latest Rasmussen poll shows 63% of voters want to repeal
Obamacare--the highest level yet recorded for repeal. Just 32% want to
keep the new law and 5% are undecided.

To counteract public opposition, the Obama Administration is sending
out, at taxpayers' expense, a propaganda mailing to seniors to try to
convince them of the benefits of government-run health care.
Congressman Dave Camp, the ranking Republican on the House Ways and
Means Committee, produced a report, Obama Medicare Mailer to Seniors
Heavy on Rhetoric, Light on Facts.

Values:

71% of the people have been following the confirmation battle over Elena
Kagan's nomination to the Supreme Court with 47% having an unfavorable
view of her. Senator Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican on the
Senate Judiciary Committee, warned, "We're heading to what could be a
train wreck" if Democrats proceed with the start of Kagan's hearings on
June 28 without tens of thousands of records of her service in the
Clinton Administration.

In a brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court, the Obama Administration
has strongly supported the Vatican in a lawsuit that named the Holy See
as a defendant. Experts say this is the first time the U.S. has
officially expressed an opinion about efforts to sue the Vatican in
American courts.

A Gallup Poll has found that 16% of the people have no religious
identity and 28% say religion is out of date. 58% believe religion can
answer all or most of today's problems, but that's down from 82% in
1958.

Conservatives and the GOP:

Only 23% of the voters strongly approve of President Obama's performance
in office, while 45% strongly disapprove. Including those without
strong views, 43% approve, 56% disapprove, and 1% have no leanings
either way.

By a margin of 72% to 27%, the American people are not confident the
members of Congress know what they are doing on economic matters. 41%
believe a random selection from the phone book would do a better job
than the current members of Congress, while 38% disagree and 20% are not
sure.

If Congressional elections were held today, Republican would prevail 44%
to 36% for the Democrats, with 20% undecided. If the undecided voters
did not vote in the 2010 non-presidential election, the GOP would win
55%--45%.

In the Florida Senate race, the AFL-CIO is considering giving a
co-endorsement to independent Charlie Crist and Democrat Kendrick Meek.
A new poll finds Crist leading Republican Marco Rubio 30%--27%, with 15%
for Meek and 23% undecided.
