Don't be too hard on Hawking, he just doesn't understand the meaning
of "create".  If he did understand it, he would likely dismiss it as
meta-physics, and therefore irrelevant.  And actually, it *is*
irrelevant to science.  Meta-physics and science intersect at the
miraculous.
