Per the included article it's from "Wycliffe Bible Translators, Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) and Frontiers."  I've heard of Wycliffe but not the others.

WHAT new Bible versions? 

There are scores of Bible versions that have been published in English. Many of them are pretty obscure. 

I'm sure neither Protestants, Catholics, nor Orthodox churches would be interested in a translation that removed the words "Father" or "Son." 

On the other hand, a few years ago, it was discovered that a Catholic priest in Boston was baptizing children "in the name of the Creator, the Redeemer, and the Sanctifier."  When the diocese found out about it, the children had to be re-baptized.
