 We are rapidly coming to the end of the year. Soon 2015 will be behind us, and 2016 will begin.
 
 At Catholic Answers, we need to prepare for that now.
 
 You see, the end of the year is a very important time for us.
 
 Like many nonprofit organizations, Catholic Answers depends heavily on the generosity of its donors at the end of the year—just before and after Christmas. That’s right: Christmas.
 
 That’s what we Catholics celebrate. Not nebulous, religiously neutral “holidays” or a nonspecific “season.”
 
 Catholic Answers is all about promoting Christ and the Catholic Faith. It’s what we do, day in and day out. This time of year is no exception.
 
 In fact, the end of the year is when we have our largest fundraising campaign, which provides the foundation of the work we will do in 2016.
 
 Also, the tax year ends just after Christmas, and that gives people an extra reason to be generous at this time.
 
 Making a donation now will help Catholic Answers do more good, it will help reduce your tax burden, and it will help keep more money out of the government’s wasteful hands.
 
 Between Christmas generosity and the end of the tax year, Catholic Answers is really counting on your help right now.
