Most such things are not relevant apologetics - as the messenger may be
corrupt, but speak the truth (Balaam for example).  However, the parts
about making major business investments shortly before publicly
announced dates of the 2nd coming does indicate a certain ...
insincerity ... on the part of the preacher.
