As admin, I can also do it, but the whole point is for people to manage 
themselves. I am copying to the list to remind everyone else that they can 
unsubscribe, change email, change password, select digest options, etc, 
etc from the link at the bottom or by sending to canciones-request at gathman.org
So please don't ask me to do it unless you are really stuck.
