[Gathnet] Please help

I know that not everyone on Gathnet agrees with everyone else 
politically, but I think everyone can understand why I think this is 
important. I plead with everyone who has not done so to sign this petition.

I do not believe the Congress will act on the Federal Marriage Amendment 
without prodding, and here is a way to do that.

Remember, this has nothing to do with discrimination.  Every person in 
American as the right to marry, with several qualifications, such as not 
being old enough and not a close family member.  Since God placed people 
on this earth, marriage has always been between a man and woman.

  What the current legal juggernaut is about is ramroding a definitional 
change, using deception to call this discrimination on the par of 
slavery.  Honestly, I would think all black people whose families have 
experienced actual slavery and discrimination based on their skin color 
would be repulsed, and I think many are.
