[Gathnet] Possible Contract

All,
   We have a possible contract for the house coming through.  Don't know 
much of the details, but will be probably looking at it this evening.

   The kid who said he'd mow the lawn for the rest of the season hasn't 
shown up in the last week or two, and I have no contact numbers for him. 
  I'm up to doing it all by push mower.  I don't want to jump into a 
decision on a tractor/mower, but don't want the grass to be unmanageable 
either. I just do a bit at time, and hopefully, the grass growing season 
won't last too much longer.

   The kids who said they'd help empty the POD hadn't shown either.  I 
finally told them forget it, and emptied it myself, asking my boss, who 
lives nearby, to help with the couple of items I couldn't do by myself.

   I makes me appreciate my family so much more. I mean Elizabeth coming 
out, and working side by side with me for those two weeks, making the 
house look it's best, and packing, etc, and Jacqui's folks who took the 
kids while Beth was here, and also came up to help during the "Phase I".

   I guess I'll see what the contract looks like to see if I can afford 
a mover.  At least when you pay a mover, they don't just not show up 
(usually).

   Well, we do thank the Lord for all his provisions, and look forward 
to owning only one home... ;)
