[Gathnet] We have a contract

All,
   We have a contract on our old house.  We are getting decent money out 
of it too.  If all goes well, we'll close on Oct 7, not too far away.

   I now have time to think about dispersing that money back where it 
belongs, among other things, into this house, and the generous "tide-overs".

   I'll also have to think about tractors and such again, which I've put 
off until sale.
