[Gathnet] Florida Court decrees death for Terri

Claims supreme authority to make laws as well as interpret them in the
State of Florida. While I am not an expert in Florida law (or any other
state :-), I suspect that like the Federal Courts, the Florida court
is only authorized to interpret laws when disputes arise, not write them.

Faced with a law explicitly protecting Terri that can not be
"interpreted" away, the Florida Supreme Court has declared that they, not the
the Florida legislature and governor, are the Supreme law of the state.

While there are over 1 million court sanctioned murders every year,
Terri's case is significant because she is much more visible and telegenic
than tiny babies, and represents another significant tumble down the
slippery slope toward full blown death camps.
