[Gathnet] Woof is no longer with us.

To anyone who has an interest in Woof (our dog),
    Just thought I'd let folks know that Woof has been rather ill this 
last month ( an incurable infection in his lungs)  This added to his age 
has made his death imment (we opted not to do a lot of major surgery and 
antibiotics). I've been spoon feeding him and we have let him do what 
was comfortable for him .  He had enjoyed sitting in the sun and 
attention from the kids.  However, he kept getting skinnier and was in 
apparent pain yesterday- crying and unable to even lie down for long , 
so we have had  him put to sleep.    Anita
