[Gathnet] update on Anne

Dear gathnetters,
We just got back from the doctors office today (Friday) and he was happy 
the way things are going.  He says the problem why the thing has not 
healed over yet is because of some dead bone (which I see every time I 
clean her wound.)  He says just keep on doing what we have been doing.  
She will start going to the wound care center at Grossmont next week as 
an outpatient to see if they can speed things up a bit.  The doc says to 
expect 1 or 2 years for this healing to take place. :'(   

Mom is sure she will be raptured before this ever happens.   But at 
least she can get around a lot better now.  She is playing the organ and 
walking all over the house.  Today on the way home from the doctors, we 
stopped at a shoe store and bought her a pair  of shoes.  She walked 
from the parking lot (with walker) to the store and back as well as from 
to and from the doc's office.

Our major problem is to keep infection from coming.
