I'm not sure which Stuart you want to answer, but I did not send it.
I did suggest to Bampa that he put photos on a website and send links.
Photo processing companies like york.com will host photos for free in the hopes
that people will order prints (and they often do, although Walmart has stolen 
Julie's business from them).  No login is required to view photos at
web resolution (they require payment to download at full resolution or print).

It looks like a scam to me.  I am awaiting word from Bampa before 
blocking the site.
