[Mesh] Linux Networking meetup

I am working in front of the library until meetup time.  I have no 
detailed lesson plan until we know where everyone is.  The general plan is 
to give a brief discussion of link layer, mentioning physical layers, and 
distinguishing LAN vs PT-to-PT links.  Then talk about IP routing, and 
the linux iproute2 package, covering both IP4 and IP6.  That should be 
more than enough, but if not there is DNS, NDP, ARP, DHCP, UDP, TCP ...
