[Mesh] Linphone debugging

Linephone recently (early 2019) broke on Fedora.  I've reported the bug 
here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1713947

There you'll find a clumsy workaround (disable public ipv6 during call)
and progress on building a newer version of linphone.  I did manage to 
build belle-sip-1.4.2 for f29 and f30.
